30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try Di Exy Patch for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If it isn't for you, email marketing@wellmscorp.com with your order number and a short note on why. We will refund the price of one box (up to $29.99) to your original payment method — no return required. Limit one guarantee refund per customer.

Returns (Unopened Items)

Additional unopened boxes in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email marketing@wellmscorp.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Guarantee refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of approval. Refunds for returned items are issued within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required in most cases.
